About Us
The Taubert family - that's Jana and Enrico Taubert with their children Aaron, Amalia and Ari. We have been successfully operating three holiday homes (www.wohnen-im-weinberg.com) in Freyburg in the Saale-Unstrut wine-growing region in Saxony-Anhalt since 2005 and will be starting our holiday apartment in Ober-Frankenhain in Saxony in 2023... in the rural idyll in the Neuseenland near Leipzig.
We run a farm as part-time farmers in Ober-Frankenhain near Frohburg in the Neuseenland, in the region of the Red Porphyry and the Kohrener Land. Chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits, sheep, dogs and cats live on our farm. Our Galloway cattle graze all year round on our pastures, which are located in the immediate vicinity of the farm.

To eat
Our holiday apartment Enni is 90 m² in size and equipped with real wood and cork parquet. The hot water and heating are powered by a heat pump with geothermal energy. The apartment extends over two floors (not barrier-free).
On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) there is the light-flooded living room, a (children's) bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm) and desk, a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and washing machine and the kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishes and cookware as well as access to the covered terrace with barbecue and the associated garden.
On the upper floor you will find the (parents') bedroom with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a single bed (80x200 cm) as well as a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower.
Planned for summer 2025, our guests will have access to a small playground and a pool for refreshment.

Prices for 2 people:
- 2 persons from 175,00 € for 1 night
each additional overnight stay per person from 35,00 €/day
- from 3rd person from 20,00 €/day
- Children up to 5.9 years on arrival – free – Please state age on arrival!
- Maximum occupancy: 5 people plus 1 (emergency) extra bed in the living room (FW Enni)
- Final cleaning included
- Two parking spaces are available for our guests on the property.
- Minimum stay 2 persons (full-paying) for 2 nights
- Arrival from 3 p.m. / Departure by 10 a.m. (or by prior arrangement)
- Pets only on request, we ask for your understanding!

- Deposit 130,00 €/holiday apartment (mandatory)
- Electricity KWh Price 0,49 € (mandatory)
- Bed linen/towels per person/stay 18,00 € if required (optional)
- Small to medium-sized dog €5.00 per night (max. 2 dogs) (optional)

Many large and small lakes are about 10-30 minutes by car from Oberfrankenhain and invite you to swim, do water sports, hike and cycle in the Neuseenland...
